Suzuki Samurai Clicky Starter Relay Upgrade Kit
Many Samurais suffer from a no-start electrical condition in which the starter only receives enough power to energize the solenoid but not enough to spin the motor. That results in a clicking sound when the key is turned similar to having a nearly dead battery. The problem is caused by the design of the Samurai starting system. While most vehicles use a key controlled relay to deliver power to the starter, the Samurai key switch is directly connected to the starter by a woefully undersized 18-gauge starter wire.
Fix this problem permanently by upgrading your starting system with a Low Range’s Suzuki Samurai Clicky Starter Relay Upgrade Kit. Our relay is made up of 14-gauge cross-linked automotive wire. This kit uses a very good quality 30amp relay and also uses a water proof heavy duty fuse holder with a 30amp fuse. Full color instructions make installation easy. Installation requires only a simple screwdriver.
