The Patented Lock-N-Load Radius Long Arm eliminates front end bushing bind. Long arms are made from strong 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel that can take trail abuse and are equipped with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.

Upper front arms are comprised of 1 adjustable control arm made of 1.25 DOM X 3/16 tubing and the patented adjustable Lock-N-Load that performs as a standard “solid control arm” when locked, but when unlocked “or loaded” it allows for the axle to slightly move forward or backward to remove stress on the bushings and brackets; this provides a longer service life and directly equates to better articulation that keeps tires on the ground.

The lock-n-load is designed to lock or unlock the spring without changing the length of the control arm; the unique and patented design provides stability on the road when locked out and increased suspension mobility when off road. Front end system is engineered to match perfectly to our rear bolt on long arms.

Rear Long arms DO require removal of the factory rear control arm brackets but DO provide the BEST working geometry that MetalCloak has to offer; the angles offer better acceleration response with the least wheelbase change and provides premium handling at higher speeds.

The Lower Rear Long arms are made of thick 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel that provide strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.

Upper rear control arms are 1.5DOM .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for up and down travel. Upper and Lower Rear Control arms utilize our patented Duroflex bushings for bind free, service free articulation.

Every aspect of clearance has been taken into account with easy to install 100% Bolt on Rear Long arm brackets that are made strong with fully welded ¼ inch steel plate and features angled surfaces to slide up and over obstacles.

Combining technologies with True Dual Rate™ Coils, revolutionary DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber enhanced Duroflex™ Joints, and the 2 piece Durotrak™ bushing equipped Track Bars and you have a system that is unmatched in the off-road industry.

This Long arm system is easy to install and comes complete with every thing you will need: front and rear long arms, shocks, track bars, and steering stabilizer, brake lines, bump stops and all the hardware needed. Fitment is precise and performance is premium.
