Threaded to fit a 12mm x 1.25 handle, which is standard across 1979-2004 Toyota pickups, 4Runners, and Tacomas.

It will also fit 6spd FJ Cruisers and Tacomas, but keep in mind this knob has a 5spd pattern engraved. Other Toyotas such as older Land Cruisers (3 or 4 spd) and sports cars such as Supra, MR2, Celica, etc, usually use a smaller 8mm threaded handle.
